Holistic Therapist for AANHPI/BIPOC Individuals

Supporting BIPOC Communities with Compassion

Welcome to this therapy space! I'm so excited to be part of your journey towards personal growth and well-being. Establishing a genuine connection is the foundation for effective therapy, so let me share a bit about who I am as a therapist and as a person.

As a holistic therapist specializing in supporting AANHPI/BIPOC individuals, I am committed to fostering personal growth and well-being through genuine connections. My clients often describe me as relatable, comfortable, direct, and curious. My goal is to start therapy with you and make you feel at ease from the moment we meet. It’s important to me that you feel seen, heard, and understood, so I make it a priority to create a safe space where you can be your most authentic self. Therapy can be a vulnerable space, and I want you to know that I am here to support you. Together, we'll build a collaborative relationship to explore, heal, and grow.

As your therapist, I will be your advocate, guide, and attentive listener as we navigate your challenges together. We'll build a collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow.

More About Me

Outside of my therapy practice, I'm deeply engaged in a variety of interests and passions that shape who I am. One of my greatest joys is board games! I love hosting game nights, where laughter and friendly competition foster a strong sense of community. With a collection of over 200 games, I'm always eager to introduce new favorites and create memorable experiences. I firmly believe that play and leisure are essential elements of a balanced life, and I integrate this belief into my therapeutic approach.

I also love spending time outdoors and see the benefits it has for mental health. This year, I have been traveling to different National Parks. Exploring these places has helped me connect with myself, which is a core part of my therapeutic philosophy.
